If you use the enquiry form, you may enter your name, telephone or WhatsApp number and area of property interest. This information is used to answer your requested enquiry, send information you ask for and arrange a viewing when requested. We do not treat a one-off enquiry as consent for unrelated marketing campaigns.

How WhatsApp enquiries work

The form prepares a message on your own device and opens WhatsApp. You may review or cancel it before sending. This static website has no server-side lead database and does not automatically transmit submitted form fields to our server. Once you send a message, the contact receives it through WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party and has its own privacy practices.

Third-party content and virtual tour

The 360° virtual tour displayed on this website is loaded from an external provider, 360vr.my. When you view embedded external content, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and may use its own cookies or local storage. You can choose the “Open VR in New Tab” link to access the third-party service directly. Please review that provider’s privacy information when using its service.

Purpose, disclosure and retention

We use information only as reasonably necessary to address your enquiry. Information may be shared with relevant parties involved in your specific enquiry, for example the developer or a financing professional, when appropriate and with the notice or consent required by law. We do not sell your personal information. WhatsApp conversations may be retained for follow-up and recordkeeping subject to applicable Malaysian law and operational requirements.

Avoid sending identity card copies, bank statements, card details or other sensitive documents through the public enquiry form.

This website package does not itself install Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics or remarketing pixels. The website retrieves fonts from Google Fonts and may load third-party VR content. If analytics or advertising tracking is added later, this notice and any required consent arrangements must be updated to reflect the live configuration.
